Kris Palmer receives the Bob Perrotti Volunteer of the Year Award from the Arc of Alameda County.

For over five years, Kris Palmer and Black Cedar have performed free concerts for adults with developmental disabilities on the campuses of the Arc of Alameda County, bringing chamber music to over 2,000 clients and staff and serving a population that rarely has the resources or the opportunities to take part in the fine arts.
