The Black Cedar Trio is proud to be invited to Chinese Performing Arts of America’s 12th Annual Spring Festival Silicon Valley Gala, directed by Mr. Feng Han, CPAA Artistic Director.
This variety show features the world premiere of The Chinese Emperor and the Nightingale, a multimedia drama based on Hans Andersen’s fairy tale The Nightingale. The Black Cedar Trio joins in on the music and dance of Chinese, Indian, Korean, Flamenco, and the magical Mask Change straight from China. With dance, music, kung fu, magic, acrobatics, and a spectacular neon 60-foot dragon, it’s entertainment for audiences of all ages.
